Gary and Russ are an award winning video production company with 25 years of experience. They have worked on a wide range of campaigns with the British Army and MOD including large and small businesses. Their creative input and technical ability with social media campaigns help in providing a wide range of products to suit their customers.
Rick is an audio communication expert, with 25+ years experience at some of Europe’s biggest media companies. He’s been a radio presenter, VoiceOver, producer and manager - and his company, Verbu, brings together all these disciplines to help businesses and individuals create, maintain and market their podcasts and audiobooks.

As a CIM Charted Marketer, Ruth has over fifteen years of marketing experience working with both small businesses and large, market leading companies. She has worked on a wide range of projects from strategic marketing and campaign planning to practical traditional marketing techniques and using digital platforms.
Jon Ball has lived an active and fulfilling, creatively-led life. A successful photographer covering every aspect of photography and spanning a vast 40 years, he has covered assignments for many globally recognizable brands including Fujifilm, J P Morgan, Heineken and the RNLI.
In recent years he has become a published author and illustrator, merging visual storytelling using the photographic image with those of the written word.
